VARYAP MERIDIAN is a high-end mixed use project, which comprises 1500 Residence Units in 5 Towers 20 to 60 Floor, 20.000 sqm 3 Office Buildings, 50.000 sqm 5 Star Hotel & Congress Center, with total 410.000 sqm. of construction in the new financial center on the Asian side of Istanbul. The project provides the flexibility to the customers to buy apartments changing from 40sqm to 150sqm, from studio to 5 bedrooms, similarly a commercial unit or office of 100sqm to 50.000sqm. Turkey’s first Leed registered project Varyap Meridian spreads across an area of 107,000 m2 will only use 13.000 m2 for the construction of the buildings, leaving 90% of the area as green space. VARYAP awarded RMJM for their superior cutting edge design they submitted in the international competition and world’s leading international MEP and structural consultants BURO HAPPOLD engineers designed the whole project.
